Faraci Lange has served as trial counsel to other firms in a variety of settings. This must be distinguished from serving simply as local counsel. Typically, firms retain local counsel to satisfy any requirements in a local court that an attorney of record be from the state or district where the case is filed. Faraci Lange is willing to serve as trial counsel for firms from outside New York where we can provide trial expertise and experience to the client and the other firm. Under these arrangements, Faraci Lange serves as co-counsel and helps direct the litigation. In this way out of town clients gain from not only our trial skills but also our reputation for honesty and integrity in each of the courts in which we routinely practice.
