Faraci Lange, LLP was started in 1968 by Angelo Faraci. The firm has been engaged in civil litigation and trial practice for the past 43 years with founding partners Angelo Faraci and Paul Lange still actively involved in many cases.
Background
Over the years the firm has been known principally for representing injured plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including complex medical malpractice, product liability and toxic tort cases. With the addition of new partner David L. Cook, who joined us in July of 2010 from Nixon Peabody, Faraci Lange has decided to formally launch its business litigation division, Faraci Lange Business, because we believe the time has come to offer businesses the benefits of our substantial trial experience and reputation as well as alternative fee arrangements that make litigation expenses predictable and manageable. These types of fee arrangements, including contingency and flat fee agreements, provide an alternative to the old business model still utilized by most commercial litigation firms, the billable hour, which rewards law firms for the amount of time spent rather than the results obtained. In addition, because we have historically been compensated by means other than hourly billing, our standard operating procedure is to be efficient and productive and to move cases to resolution as quickly as possible.
